I began my career by working with some of the biggest Brisbane roof restoration companies, where I witnessed profit win out over customer service, time and time again. Clients were being charged high prices for the work, unaware that a huge chunk of it was used to pay commissions to salespeople and door-to-door canvassers.

I was very uncomfortable with this way of doing business. I felt home owners were being “ripped off” in both price and in the customer service they received when the work was done.

This might sound like a deal, but it’s really just a nightmare, because 9 times out of 10 they can’t be found again when there’s a problem with the quality of work.

I saw there was a real market gap and need for a quality, guaranteed roof restoration service that was affordable and delivered great customer service.  It’s what we all want, but often very hard to find.
